From the first welcoming smile to the last person seeing you out NHS Bronglais hospital day surgery 5 stars all the way.nWhat a fabulous team of people.nFrom the surgeon to the person just opening a door professionalism all the way. Special thanks also to Rhiannon recovery ward staff for the dedicated and diligent follow through.
Nurses and other staff in A&E are mainly great hard working and amazing . However the doctors and consultants of all levels are awful. My parter has been kept in A&E for nearly a week without proper pain relief or finding out what’s causing the pain she’s in. Now they want to send her home.nBoth my partner and me have worked all our lives and paid our taxes. My partner will not be able to work now which will cause massive problems for us financially. Thank you NHS for letting us down again .
Amazing service today for a scan, lovely doctor and nurse who were thorough, kind and reassuring. Even the parking was great! I feel very lucky to have this hospital not too far from where I live
Sustained a dislocated fracture whilst on holiday. The staff in A&E were brilliant.nOn my return visit to the fracture clinic the following week, i was really impressed with the service. I was in & out in under an hour after having xrays, seeing Consultant & being plastered. Very friendly attentive staff all round. Thank you very much
I have a friend with alcohol dependence struggling for years to kick it. They came here recently to A&E to get help as they were having acute alcohol withdrawal which can be life threatening they were left all night without being seen it was only when I phoned the department the next morning they took notice & a doctor examined them. They didn't help at all basically discharging the person without giving any medication which was urgently needed to stop a potential seizure.nAnother time I had to call an ambulance for my friend who I was extremely concerned about, they admitted them for several days where they had to put up with foreign nurses telling them they shouldn't be there for what they were in for & also moved my friend in the middle of the night to a gurney in the corridor telling my friend they needed the bed for sometime else. Absolutely shocking lack of duty of care and discrimination to someone because they have an addiction! I detest this poor excuse for a public care giver who don't care when they should be the ones who do!
