I went shopping there in the late afternoon today. My two aunts and uncle were with me. I didn't appreciate the unwelcoming, racist stares and attitude we received from the young cashier guy. He wasnt the only one. The employees at Foodland need to be taught how to be courteous and polite when dealing with customers. This simply is unacceptable and should be dealt with. Quick way to lose paying customers when you hire racists!

Bakery department whenever he visits his parents in Brampton, they can't stop complimenting especially their hot cross buns he bought for Easter: "these are the best ones!" I just needed to use the men's washroom on my last visit. It was spotless. I bought a delicious Red Grapefruit for $2.29. This store is expensive There is plenty of parking available and the store is very clean. They make very good breaded fried chicken and potato wedges, ready to eat. The employees whom I have met are nice friendly people.
Great amount of vegan items here including brands like Gardein, Yves, Lightlife, Gusta, Daiya, Kings, Earth Island, Beyond, Sheese, and others. Very clean inside and well-stocked. Lots of parking.
Wiarton foodland is charging 66 cents for a cob of corn, which I thought was crazy. But Owen Sound out crazied crazy by charging 99 cents a cob! The owners must be saving up for an extra special place in Hell.
Not my first choice. I find things generally more expensive. They ALWAYS have their sale products in stock so I do frequent for sales.
I love this store. Employees are helpful, many products that you can choose from. You could not find some products which you will have in GTA stores. Overall a nice place to shop.
Like there baked goods ...like cakes ...tarts etc..this day purchased a vanilla cake and it was soooo dry ...meaning wasn't fresh..had the same product before and super moist ...

I love the one stop shop atmosphere here, I can buy beer, fruits and vegetables and the absolute BEST cheese bread ever!!!!
