Place is dirty. There are cobwebs hanging down the ceiling and huge clumps of dust laying around the pipes. If you follow your child onto second"floor" you will see it. This is easy accessible and should be cleaned regularly. Kids are breathing this is and you serve food! 
Tables are cleaned very rarely . Floor is minging. Staff sits in the kitchen and chats rather than keeping this place clean and safe.
It could be a great place if staff cares and keep it clean.

The actual soft play is amazing. Huge. Standing room for adults, even up in the climbing frame. Go kart type rides for little kids. The only down sides are that the car park area, roads and exterior are filthy. Massive potholes. Rubbish /garbage everywhere. Disgusting outside. Also, they are not open every day, and opening times are not displayed on their website. In fact, it is now almost April, and they are still advertising Christmas on their website. This place could be one of the best in the UK, if they just sorted out a few things. Advantage over the hive/Xcite/etc = no loud and inappropriate music, plenty of adult seating, and huge size. Menu basic as always, but not bad. Bring plenty of £1 coins for all the extras tho!
Also, they need to sort out the ventilation. Very hot, and smells of food get trapped up in the play frame.
