Fenomenal pizza and horrible aubergine parmigiana I think I was very unfortunate with my dish, was too fatty and aubergine was tasteless. I ate the same dish in flat iron across the road and was amazing, so really expected better from Italian restaurant honestly stale place is not place for this type of the dish so comparison bar was very low. The pizza was delicious and truly best crust in the area. Low rating due to ‘hit and miss’ menu, if not pizza I would give 1 star.
Our waiter AJ was very friendly and had a great sense of humour! We were a group of 9 & couldn't fault his level of service or attentiveness. The restaurant itself is a gem and I'd recommend taking some time to admire all the quirky little arts which have been placed all around incl. facilities. Great atmosphere. The food! Everything we've ordered were done to perfection, I'd probably say all but the steak - although it's an English Olive fed Wagyu so it was still top marks!
Great location for this quirky Italian restaurant, inspired by old Italian movies. The food we ordered was excellent. The portions of the appetisers were small compared to the main pasta dish but that’s to be expected for in any Italian restaurant. Service was quick and really helpful. The waiter provided us suggestions from the Monday menu and what we ordered was indeed delicious. The Jerusalem artichoke and the beef carpaccio were delicious. The paccheri with ragù were delicious and abundant. They serve you freshly baked focaccia and Italian olive oil as soon as you seat. The dessert were also proposed as traditional Italian desserts but with a twist. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality restaurant off the high street. A beautiful, outstanding, delicious place to eat. Ran by people who are true with what is available and understand ll you need to know to ensure each visit is unique and fulfilling. The food is varied and all on offer has a miraculous taste. Drinks are plentiful whatever you choose and the service in no way can be faltered. This is a restaurant I look forward to coming back to many more times, indefinitely!

Well, I can't say it was bad because it is clearly a quality restaurant in a premium location in London Kensington. The reason for 3 stars only is the quantity of food you get for the price. Of course food was good and you could feel the quality, however it was clearly too few of it and we were hungry after we finished. Atmosphere is very good and service was lovely.
Love this place - one of the best Italian restaurants in London. Authentic Italian cuisine, excellent service, great wine list... not a huge menu, but more than enough choice and variation. Staff and owners are always so attentive and friendly.Food: 5/5

Authentic Italian restaurant in Kensington. The owner and staff made us feel at home, being super kind and welcoming. We started loving this spot as soon as we saw the focaccia and bread ticks available on the table, together with an excellent olive oil from Liguria. We had two Italian tables -highly recommended - and several main dishes. Special note for the linguine with crab and the spaghetti alla chitarra with ink, two masterpieces not to miss! We also shared some desserts that came together with cantucci. The price was in line with London standards and definitely worth the quality of food. Thanks again for an amazing dinner Locanda Ottoemezzo!
Had Dinner with my husband in Locanda Ottoemezzo, love the vibe in here. Pasta was good and the dessert was amazing.
