Wild design in each room, especially the down stairs restaurant. Another social exclusive member club, around the corner from Annabel's.
I have never been inside but the doorman was so nice to us as we worked through one of Hidden Cities missions! Even though it was lashing rain he talked with us and tried help us solve clues. Great guy I hope the place is as good
Really do not recommend the restaurant. The decoration is very nice but that's about it. They try to be a "chic" restaurant but the service can be quite cheap. They poured still water into my sparkling water without even noticing. My steak was way too overcooked. They serve dishes without any side £45 a fish with 0 side, not even vegetables!. The way they present the bill is very cheap.
5 Hertford Street is a sumptuous Alice in Wonderland meets the Middle East boudoir
Very common. Unfortunately it is yet another establishment where one risks bumping into footballers with ready-made ties, and nouveau hedge fund managers who aren't too confident with a knife and fork. One doesn't like to be uncharitable, and I do understand that new money has to have somewhere to go; but given the choice I would dine at Rules.
Greatly joined our evening at Loulou's - eloquent decor, rugs, carpets, art adorning the walls, all added to the elusive vibe the club brings. Went to dinner - absolutely sumptuous meal, particularly the seafood. The soundsystem was fantastic and allowed guests to enjoy the music from anywhere in the lower floors. ONLY downside is the amount of space - although several seating areas - be prepared to be extremely cramped if in a large group.
Always had an amazing time at 5/Loulou's. Use it mainly for business meetings and attend the wonderful events. Can't wait to be back.
This club is letting non members in who bribe the doormen with £50 notes. After a night ruined at another club on the 1st September I came here only to find the same two Arabic men and their hooker friends had also come and they continued to brag to all the members how they were getting into Annabel's, The Arts Club and Hertford Street despite not being members. Seems Hertford Street can't police it's membership policy and is not only letting in non members but one of the men was a fake pretending to be a sheikh.
I celebrated a friend's birthday just before lockdown and had a fab time can’t wait for Loulou's to reopen!
LouLou’s is the same owner as Annabel’s and is a good high end network mingle place to have drinks and watch the upper middle class Europeans mingle with the brits.
