Good place for Chinese hot pot with plenty of variety. For me the staff were nice, despite what other reviews say. I think the fact the food tastes good makes up for it, as with a lot of Chinese restaurants.

Well, we have tried many buffets. We can't find better chines food in Leicester than in this buffet. So good and so nice. Never found any trouble with food. The only bad thing are the drinks, could be post-mix soft drinks or different alternative. Friendly staff. Lack of space sometimes..:D

I wont even give a 1 star for this place ,but then i cant put a feedback,first at all the Food and Hygiene peoples should visit their restaurant and exppecialy their toilets upstairs,i went up there and nearly was sick of the poor hygiene in there it was so disgusting that i lost my appetite,is that the why they keep their toilets,can you imagine how the kitchen looks,😷😷😷😷😝😝 Would definately wont return there ever again.😝😝

I give one star because of how poor it was there, me and my girlfriend went to the buffet thinking that there would be a wide selection of food,there was No rice , the food was cold and disgusting. I tried to talk to member of staff how we felt, and he just said"you can help you self to whatever you want on buffet or you can go over there"Meaning red hot buffet leicester. We felt the staff was rude about this and didn't even want to listen. and Now this morning we both feel rough after we had eaten at Oriental Chinese buffet If you thinking of going, don't! because you'd would waste your money

Appalling. ...Are here yesterday with my friend and we had her two young daughters.with us .Ordered 4 drinks...and they brought pints of coke for the girls (!)..without giving a choice of small or large ...and by the way it was flat and from a large bottle not draught. The girls didn't fancy the buffet. ..but did have one spring roll each from my plate ...The waitress was very rude and and abusive to us over this ....So we decided to eat no more and leave as my friends girls were really upset. And they tried to charge us an extra adult full buffet price for the two spring rolls! ..No customer skills ..They ere rude and and abusive throughout ...We stayed calm , paying for what we'd had and leaving asap ...I have never felt compelled to leave a bad review before but this was a very unpleasant experience ...
