Very fast service the atmosphere is good and the restaurant wasn’t to busy as there are a few in the area. Food was hot and the chips were crispy. The peri salt was added as the chips didn’t come with too much. The drinks were good and the staff were very friendly.
Pretty good Nandos overall, could not really complain. The food was good as usual, service was great, didn't wait long for our seats or food on even on a Friday evening. Good amount of seating and good location but unfortunately it is hard to find parking for this Nandos compared to others. Vegetarian options: There are are few veggie and vegan options Kid-friendliness: Menu caters to all, very popular with kids Parking: Parking is very hard to find nearby, especially on busy evenings in the city centre
I came in for a takeaway order, the lady who served me was lovely and helpful. I was a. It disappointed with the food. I ordered my 1/4 chicken hot but it was not spicy at all, it had the hit sticker but I doubt it was basted properly. The spicy rice was not at all what I am used to, it was just very bland to be honest. The coleslaw however was just as good as I remember it
Prices going up, standard going down. Long wait to get seated even though tables available. Once food arrived it was Luke warm and then had to wait an extra 5 minutes after for any clean cutlery to even become available so was even colder. Chips came without peri salt as ordered and thighs were cremated on the bottom side. Nobody even came to check back on the tables, had multi tables around us having to complain multiples times to no avail to multiple members or staff.
Had a really nice meal from nandos tonight. Dylan made sure our experience was amazing. He gave 10/10 customer service and insured we had everything we needed. Will be visiting again:
Went quite late on a Friday night and they seemed under staffed. Food was as always expected from nandos and very tasty if over priced, but 2 mains took over half an hour to arrive. In my experience the highcross branch has a better atmosphere and serviceFood: 4/5
Decent priced food and reasonable variety on the menu throughout the day, music can be a bit too loud at times add in families with children and it can be a bit overwhelming noise-wise but otherwise a decent place for a bite. Avoid the peak rush times lunch and dinner if you're short on time but there are takeaway and delivery options too. The festive maple and orange seasoning is pretty nice I had the boneless thighs amd you can always increase the spice level with the bottles of Nandos sauces available.
It's been a few years since we last went to Nando's but as we needed lunch and the place we'd planned to eat was closed we ended up at Nando's on Granby Street. I think it's the first time we'd eaten at that one or at the very least the décor has changed since we last went there but the restaurant has an interesting aesthetic. We were welcomed by a member of staff who asked us to wait a moment while a table was cleaned for us. While she did this one of her colleagues sorted out colouring for the kids to do while waiting for the food to arrive. Both the kids ate from the children's menu our eldest being unadventurous and having a plain chicken burger while our youngest has the slightly spiced one while the wife and I both had sunburst burgers, opting for two sides each and splitting them between us. Service was pretty quick although they burnt the sweetcorn my eldest had ordered and had to do another one but otherwise the food was fine.
We was served by this lovely person, he walked up to us as we was waiting to order our food at the till, he was very helpful and his name was Dammy. This was my second visit in a week. Thank you
This restaurant follows the traditional Nandos format. The food was as expected & there wasn't a long wait for it either. It would be unfair to leave a bad review as the restaurant was busy when we arrived, however our needs were met. One odd thing The toilets are downstairs & it can be a little confusing to remember which door you come through to re-enter the restaurant area. Not a huge problem, just thought I'd mention it.
