My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Orhan tailoring. We commissioned custom wedding outfits for both of us. Our process started from mood boards and initial drawings, through multiple fitting appointments and alterations. Orhan and Natalie listened to all of our comments at every appointment, so that the final outfits ended up looking better than we could ever have imagined. Orhan made matching suits for my wife and I and we love them! The service was fantastic from start to finish. In the initial consultation, we were able to drill specifically into the shape and details we wanted. Meanwhile, we wanted to use unusual fabrics for our jackets, and we found Orhan incredibly helpful , eventually settling on a custom material. We found Orhan to be helpful all throughout the process, and we appreciate their friendliness and flexibility made it very painless. Thank you!

Such a fantastic experience - I got a made to measure suit here and, start to finish, had such a lovely time. Orhan himself helped me make decisions about things like the fabric, buttons and stitching to use, using his design expertise to help me create something really personal and beautiful. Everyone in the team was lovely, and the finished suit is an absolute joy to wear!
Orhan Tailoring provided exceptional service and a beautiful, custom-designed and made outfit for my Civil Partnership in June 2022. Natalie translated my ideas into a detailed design and assisted with the choice of fabrics. The team created my dream outfit in a matter of weeks - including several fittings and adjustments - and I was delighted with the result. Everyone was friendly, supportive and extremely professional, the quality of their work is superb. Orhan was suuuper helpful. He let me come in even though the shop was already closed. He helped me with an emergency dress alteration on a Saturday afternoon. Beware! Read all the other 1-star reviews before trusting Orhan's with your alterations! While the staff is friendly, their fees are ridiculously high and alterations to my suit were subpar. Required multiple visits and the end result was still not satisfactory at all. They offer a month to bring items back for further alterations, but I don't trust them anymore and had to cut my losses. I used Orhan Tailoring back in May to do my wedding dress adjustments. I was coming from Australia, so booked this place based on reviews and their price list, and the fact they said their turnaround time was around a week to ten days. When I had my appointment, they advised their turnaround time was two weeks, and I had to sign paperwork that said I'd accept their work whatever comes. I had no other options because of my timeframe despite booking my appointment ages ago - and then at my appointment they advised that alterations would cost over 600 pounds. This bears absolutely no relation to their price list, and is at least 2-3 times higher than bridal alterations for every one of my friends at other places. Finally, the alterations themselves were really disappointing... the beautiful dress I brought in had the fabric puckered in certain places, weirdly gathered at the hips, so many loose threads where the beads sewn into the dress just fell off because they didn't tie the loose ends, the train didn't stay on the hook - for the cost it was very under average service. I can't recommend this place at all, and would advise friends looking for bridal alterations to go elsewhere.Service: Wedding gown alterations
