My daughter and I have been coming here since the early days of my daughters life. We have always been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, friendliness and first class customer services. All staff are amazing and push that extra mile for customer satisfaction. You should all be proud of yourselves for creating such a lovely atmosphere in shop and an inviting welcome. For me, and my daughter, there is nowhere else we would go and don't know where we would be without you all. Your hard work is greatly appreciated, and doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you.
I can’t think of any way this opticians could improve their service. All staff are so friendly and patient. The eye test was very relaxed and comfortable, even though the gadgets scare me! The manager, Marann was so lovely when it came to choosing my glasses and finding the best pricing for my needs. Honestly can not fault the service. Thank you so much!
Great friendly staff, and Good Customer service as they always make their customers feel welcome and comfortable in their shops. Polite always and dedicated to giving their customers the best service possible, even during this Covid 19 epidemic. Got Eye Test, and Examination of pupils and explain exactly how the customer's eyes are sometimes different when reading Eye charts and looking at lights to click when seen during scans at the machine patients or customers sit at to scan each eye. I am just one of their many happy customers who use Optical Express.
1st time in this store. Can't believe how friendly everyone was. From the minute I walked in the door the receptionist and sales adviser put me at my ease. Despite not having my eyes tested in goodness knows how long the optician again put me at my ease, explained everything she was doing as going along. I highly recommend this store from it's friendly, professional staff, to it's selection of eyewear at all price ranges. Thank you so much xXx
Impeccable service - the staff were warm, helpful and attentive, and they worked with me to find the best option available. I received a free eye-test, and left with my first pair of glasses. After years without a prescription, it's thrilling to finally have crystal-clear vision again. Special thanks goes to one of the optical assistants, Chloe, who helped me pick out exactly the right frames. The best experience I could have hoped for; I'll be back.
UPDATE 31/7/20 FIRST appointment after lockdown. Spotlessly clean and usual professional service with lots of kindness. Thank you for being so organised and putting safety first. It was my first time here. The staff were amazing! The eye tests were very thorough and everything was explained well. They knew what colours and styles of glasses would suit my face. Making the leap from reading glasses to varifocals was made to be a positive transition. Patience and high levels of care were given to every customer that walked in. Highly recommend Partick Branch for customer service and professionalism.
Very kind and helpful when I woke up with an eye infection. Saved me a potentially miserable few weeks of recovery by getting me in swiftly, which led to me remediating the infection a lot more effectively. Saw two great opticians, and the other staff were very friendly.
The visit to the optician was a good one. The children enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and courteous and we were offered complimentary tea and drinks. The little one that came with us was given a colouring pack which he enjoyed playing with throughout the time we were there.
This is a very welcoming place to get your eyes checked really thoroughly. The staffs are friendly and patient. Moreover, they care very much about your conditions, and will make sure your eye problems are resolved. I would definitely come here every time to check up or have any queries.
Top notch service. Helpful staff. Excellent range of glasses available, and very fair price options, I think. If I have any more issues I'll certainly be back.
