Fantastic service, fantastic selection of frames and the nicest, most relaxed staff ever. We ended up in the shop for over 2 hours deciding on frames and not once did we feel rushed or pressured, despite it being a very busy bank holiday. I could not recommend more highly.

I purchased a pair of RayBan's online and found the whole experience to be a very positive one. The glasses came very securely packed and presenting a very professional image of Pretavoir, with even the receipt presented in a wallet. Absolutely terrible after sales care. I paid for signed for delivery that hasn't even bothered to show up, after speaking with someone on the chat service from here and promised action, still nothing. Avoid this company if you are someone who cares what level of customer service you receive.
After having my eyes tested at another Well known high street chain and being dissapointed with the service, as well as numerous revisits to rectify the problem without success ,I decided to go to i2i, and it was the best decision I have made ! The staff are so welcoming and friendly ! They treat you like their number one priority. The optician I saw there called Steven was also fantastic ,he put my mind at rest and showed that my prescription from the other store was slightly wrong and also explained everything so well. After handing in my glasses to have my lenses changed there they got it done within 45 minutes. The best opticians I have been too, if you are looking for great customer service and professional and knowledgable staff, then look no further !
After reading such good reviews I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses. They arrived 2 weeks later. I then contacted them about getting prescription lenses and emailed them the prescription as requested to be quoted a price. It's more than a week and I still haven't heard back from them. Overall very poor service which is a pity as I was also looking to purchase sunglasses.
Sometimes problem just unavoidable but the goodwill to fix the problem and makes everyone happy counts more. It creates the trust that goes both ways, both the customer and the store. As a new customer, I am satisfied with the service, and indeed, I will go back there again for my eye care.
