Highly professional environment yet very welcoming and friendly. The eye-test was quick and precise, the frame and the lenses were ordered and prepared in a very short time. I cannot stress enough the great work of one staff member in particular, Ruby Shahzad, she really went above and beyond to make sure my prescription sunglasses were perfect for me. Best optician in town, for sure.
Having received an excellent service for years, I'd strongly recommend this Wilson Street Practice. Firstly, the optician Jonathan always shows professionalism, care, and attention to detail. He explains stages of the various 'eye tests' clearly, and answers questions in a kind, well informed and sensible way. Also, the range of lens, and frames is very good. There' s a brand which I'd never seen before - and which I've now enjoyed wearing for years. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Really impressed! Made an appointment to get my eyes tested and it was a pleasure! The optician was friendly and professional. Once I had been given a prescription, the reception staff were happy to let me stay and browse the huge range of glasses. They got me my glasses a few days earlier than expected which was a bonus and they're always really friendly and efficient. Really chuffed!
I don't know what happened to the staff who worked in the Sauchiehall St branch, but the staff in Wilson St are terrible. Specifically the old blonde lady and bald guy. Both have been rude and snooty every single time I've been in. I've never seen either of them crack a smile and they struggle to be polite. It's the polar opposite to Sauchiehall St where every member of staff was welcoming and helpful. It's a real shame, I'll never take my family back to 20/20.
I’m always happy with the service I get in 2020. Great range of frames, comprehensive facilities for glasses and contact lense wearers, and most importantly great customer service.

Opticians are professional and understanding but the staff on the phone are unpunctual and slow service in delivering orders which will cause a problem for a severely visual impaired person like me who went to the university half blind
