Caring response to disabled customer. My housebound sister had problems with her e mail link for Home delivery shopping, so her friend asked the female assistant in Onsite if she could sort the problem out. This she did, and refused to charge for the service . Very kind people in store, who deserve to be supported for excellent knowledge and service - even on Sundays! . Many Thanks
Fantastic service - would definitely recommend. Did a data transfer for me when my external drive died. Then I found out the one I'd bought wasn't compatable with my mac so was read-only. The Onsite guys took it back off me, refortmatted the drive and transfered the data again for no additional charge. Thanks so much!
My phone screen was crack and damaged. It was fixed in a good turn around time and a great price. The screen feels sturdy and strong, would recommend this service!!

Absolute stellar customer service! I had my phone stolen and the thief must’ve sold it around for it to be brought here. I found the location and informed the owner of the store and he happily conformed it was my phone and kept it at the store for me to collect. Best prices around town and genuine workers!
