Great experience! I had a few appointments with Dr. Alison and Clare, the nurse recently. Initially, I had a general dental check-up, where I was assessed very thoroughly. Dr. Alison spotted a caries lesion on probing, which was confirmed on dental X-rays. She gave a proper explanation and a detailed treatment plan of what to do. At my second appointment, I had a local anaesthetic, which I hardly even noticed and a filling placed that looks amazing. I also received a removable dental guard, which fits very nicely, following a precise impression taking.  I received a very friendly, stress-free and professional service every time I visited the practice. I was pleased that my concerns were listed to and addressed at a very high level. The receptionists are very welcoming and polite and the whole practice is immaculate with a relaxed atmosphere. I left the clinic every time with a big smile, thanks to the people who work there, knowing that they look after me and my teeth! I would recommend considering this clinic for regular checks and dental treatments, as Dr.Alison and her team can spot problems early, giving the best changes for successful, preventative treatments.

Left dentist of over 15 years because they were booking over six months out! Came across wood street dental care on google, and WOW, am I glad. Booked a new patient dental check the morning after my call. The dentist and her nurse were excellent. I also wanted a hygienist appointment which they were booking 2 months ahead; however, they had a cancellation the same day I was in so I also had that service also. Once again, the hygienist and her nurse were terrific. They are a great team of people, and I'm glad I made the switch. Very easy to get to and plenty of parking around the area. Look forward to seeing you again in a year.

I came to see One Wood Street Advanced Dental Care after being discharged from my orthodontist, following the removal of my braces and completion of my treatment with them. It  was nearing a year since my last dental check up and I wanted to go somewhere private as my mother suggested it was best and that they offer a more personalised and quality level of care and commitment. When I arrived at the practice today I was greeted by the amiable receptionist and shortly thereafter was taken in for my appointment. Allison sincerely is a top notch dentist and I felt especially comfortable and confident in her and her assistant’s care which I sincerely appreciated as I was feeling extremely anxious prior to my appointment; she was kind, answered all of my queries and did an especially thorough examination of my teeth and took x-rays to refer to for my treatment plan henceforth. I couldn’t recommend her and the practice enough, she truly is a star!

I needed a difficult extraction of a tooth which was the support of a bridge. I was going to be left with a big gap of 2 teeth missing. My dentist referred me to Peter Yesudian of One Wood Street. He suggested an implant with a crown. He explained clearly the process and its various stages and I took the decision. A very big one that I do not regret. Peter was very professional, polite and kind as well as all the staff. The receptionists are very welcoming which is so important as they are the first contact you have when you arrive feeling apprehensive and a little stressed. Originally I was against the idea of having an implant because of the intrusive process and the cost. However in this case this was the best solution and I do not regret changing my original opinion, it was all worth it. The result is excellent and it looks very good. I would highly recommend One Wood Street Advance Dental Care.

I’ve visited One Street several times for both consultations and to have work done and, on every occasions, have felt well worked after by the extremely professional and kind staff at the practice.  On my most recent visit I had composite fillings on 3 of my teeth to build up degradation which had created some ugly gaps. To say I was happy with the results was an understatement, the work completely transformed my smile and was carried out with real care.  My advice to anyone looking to do similar treatment is to go for it!

The staff here are so lovely and skilful. I came today for an extraction and both surgeon and nurse were so reassuring throughout. The reception team are always so welcoming too. Thank you for a great experience - I didn’t even feel like I needed sedating!

After visiting my local practice to check out a sore wisdom tooth, I heard the worst words possible. I dont like the look of that, it'll have to come out. I was refered to one Wood for specilast treatment for three tooth extractions. I must say that the apprehension of two month wait far out weighed the procedure itself. I opted for an iv drip, which was a unique experience. I eryremember my speech slowing, a crunching sound and then being awake in the recovery room. All done. The entire team from the receptionist, assistants and dentist himself were outstanding. They reassured me throughout and put me at ease. They were friendly and professional. The dentist was particularly nice and had a lovely manner about him. The practice was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff even all dressed as elves for Christmas. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody. Thank you.

My wife. Is very scared of needles, dentists, doctors etc so to be told by her dentist she needed a big extraction and would be referred was a big deal to her. However, yesterday was the day and she can’t sing the praises of One Wood Street enough!  She had sedation but didn’t feel the canular and when asked to move to another room she thought it was for the procedure but it was in fact to the recovery room!  All done, no pain, no wooziness and didnt hear, see or feel anything throughout the quick procedure. For anyone remotely anxious, don’t be. This is the place to come. Please pass on our thanks to all. Highly recommended.

Needing extensive implant work which was beyond the capability of my usual dental practice the One Wood Street practice was recommended to me.  The One Wood Street practice has a friendly, calm and professional atmosphere which from day one gave me a confidence in engaging in the complex multiple implant and bridgework treatment. At no time was I exposed to pain or discomfort by Peter Yesudian and healing was rapid.  I now have an effective normal and permanent solution that allows me to enjoy eating and drinking once again along with confidence in speaking without the risk of an embarrassing malfunction previously experienced with dentures and I am delighted. Overall I thoroughly recommend an initial consultation with complete confidence and if needed I certainly would go back again.

I had a complicated root canal on my front tooth with a crown and I was referred to Marina Spanaki at One Wood Street Advanced Dental Care by my dentist. From Start to finish I felt that I was in very safe professional hands. I've never experienced dental surgery quite like it.  Very gentle, I felt nothing not even a scratch from an injection.  No stress, no anxiety, no tensing I was very relaxed and at ease.  I had no doubt I was in capable hands at all times. I highly recommend Marina, if I ever need root canal again I will be going straight back to her for sure!! I'm happy to report all is well with the tooth, a very good job.
