I had been seen by one of MyDentists dentistry team recently and I could not get along with him. I had seen him twice and each time I mentioned that I needed a filling, he informed me I did not both times. I spoke to the very helpful receptionist and asked to be put with a different dentist within the practice. Today a new lady dentist saw me confirmed I needed a small filling and completed this for me. She was lovely, with a lovely manner I now have confidence in this practice again and the treatment was painless and finished within minutes. If you are thinking of joining this practice ask to be a patient under the new dentist. Please beware I am only going on my experience so I cannot not say how the other dentists are, save about the one I first had when I joined Mydentist.

My son and I both attended an appointment here today. It was my sons first appointment with a dentist and I cannot recommend enough. He came out and told me he can’t wait to go to the dentist again 😂. The ladies on reception were helpful and friendly. The dentist we saw was brilliant with my son and she talked him through everything as he was quite shy and nervous, she made him feel so comfortable. Thankyou! 😊

This was my first time at a dentist for quite some time ,, the receptionists were happy and very friendly . I was extremely nervous and my dentist picked up on that and made me feel calm and relaxed . I had a good experience here and would highly recommend to anyone . Thank you My Dentist x

My wife have had a filling done on NHS, by Portuguese dentist. Filling and half of her tooth fell out within two hours - she didn't even eat or drink in the mean time. Practice let her wait like that 48h for an emergency appointment... Ridiculous! Then Portuguese dentist said 'aaa nothing really happened here, what is that you want?' his second repair last 6months and again came off exposing a tooth while eating a frigging jelly! . Luckily we've been abroad and received proper dental care paying 4x less! 3 years ago Kostadin Todorov told me I need a filling (lower right 5), I didn't feel any pain so I decided no point for now. After a year ish I have seen another male dentist in this practice, but he was poor and arrogant so I decided not to proceed with a treatment- (at the time he also confirmed tooth needs doing). Then year after ish I came with a pain on emergency and Kostadin said, he can't see anything and he wont be doing anything!! - just week after other dentist have done xray and said surrounding tooth (4) needs doing as well otherwise i will be coming back soon and done the job straight away. Kostadin knew I am grinding my teeth and dint suggest orthodontist at all. Also told me teeth whitening in the practice is illegal in UK, which is a lie- 11 other places in swindon does in-practice whitening with success!!! HE sold me 240£ (or 270£ can't remember) kit which was rubbish and haven't done anything!!. Kostadin made a filling in lower 7 Unfortunately couldn't do it properly so he said it will be better if he grinds off both upper 7 molar teeth so they fit better. He charged 120£ for private. I came on NHS- 60£ is on nhs for amalgam ( I belive), should this not be deducted from 120£? black or white filling he was doing exactly the same job! - if I knew I would never let him touch my teeth and go "real private" practice for this money!!) Another dentist working just 1 year after this poor job, called him and idiot and said he destroyed my healthy upper teeth!!! WHO GAVE YOU 4.5 satisfaction on my dentist- you barely have 2 on google!

Late last year the receptionist change and since then the customer service is awful. Such a pity as my dentist was lovely but not worthy if I have to deal with no manners and too much attitude.
