Wouldn't use this dentists again! I was with the previous owners for years never had a problem, the dentists are rude, had nothing but problems with them, went regular to them, changed to a new dentists and need 3 teeth out now!! Shows they don't check teeth over properly! Save your money 👏

Joined here in July got my first appointment a few days after that, had a phone call on the day to ask if I could come in early to my appointment but I couldn't so had to be moved to a different dentist for my first check up, as the one I was supposed to have originally had left for an 'emergency' that appointment all went fine but then was told I would be moved back to the dentist I was originally booked in for for my next appointment, then had to wait 5 weeks for my next appointment as she was on holiday. Had that appointment and she didn't seem to understand why I was booked in with her I was told I would go in for fillings but none of that was carried out as she seemed more concerned that I should have my appointment with the dentist I had seen in place of her, she was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and I am a nervous patient anyway. If I had been told I should have had my appointment with the original dentist I probably wouldn't have had to wait 5 weeks for what turned out to be a completely pointless appointment not impressed at all

Not entirely sure how this can be called Dental care if a dentist doesn't know how to care about teeth. I've had an emergency appointment for which I paid extra, but i didn't even get any treatment on the tooth that i told was exremely painful. Instead i was told the only option was to remove it. When consulted another clinic, i was told that you can definitely have it treated and have a crown or veneer afterwards. I was also given dressing on the tooth to have less pain before starting treatment in few days. So Dentalcare is useless and unprofessional "dentistry". Save your money. And teeth.

WORST EVER!! Disrespectful and rude!!! After telling me i would not be seen if i am 10 mins late..they kept me waiting for 40 mins!!! Finally was seen,only to be disrespected by their so-called dentist. Professionalism non-existent!! Charged me for something that i didn't ask for and then lied and said i did. The "manager" Emma Evans need to go on a course on customer service and simple courtesy and honesty!! I can go and on as you could tell by now. To say i am supremely disappointed would be an understatement. I had to terminate future appointment with dental care swindon and go else where to be treated more humanely and with dignity. DO NOT GO TO DENTAL CARE!!

Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Excellent independent registration scheme as a great alternative to never-available NHS. And they usually can accommodate your appointment time preferences, which is absolutely awesome!
