Stayed here for night in a beautiful designer room with a fabulous en-suite. The room was stylish modern. The hotel is on the edge of the beautiful high street with designer shops and leads into the Pantiles side of Tunbridge wells town centre.nStaff were very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great nights stay. The hotel has a great bar area and beautiful hall for weddings. The restaurant served us a delicious breakfast.nWe will be coming back and highly recommend staying here.
My son and I went for afternoon tea at one warwick park today. It was fantastic. Firstly they do a child's version which has more suitable options like Rocky road and ham sandwich. The afternoon tea looked absolutely beautiful and had everything you would want. I find a lot of places have taken it to a different type of food and really I expect sandwiches, scones and cakes. That is exactly what we got. The service was excellent and the table laid beautifully. My son who has never had afternoon tea before thought it was incredible. Thank you so much. Absolutely fantastic
All the staff were welcoming, helpful caring and professional throughout my stay. My room was luxurious and spotless and was kept that way during my 2 night stay by the housekeeping staff. The food was appetising, well presented and cooked to perfection. Overall I had a extremely happy and pleasant stay.
Dreadful experiencenStayed in the Townhouse no hot water on arrival but as I was off getting my make up and hair done my husband suffered a cold shave and showernThe following day just before going to breakfast I had a shower in freezing water again which I reported to receptionnThe restaurant was very quiet but wait time and service were dreadfulnOn check out I asked to speak to the manager, whom turned out to be the waiter at breakfast also wearing a suit that looked like he had slept in stains on shirtnHe demanded to know why we didn't report hot water the day before explained that we were going to London for an award ceremony and were on a timeline but expected to have hotwater the following day and that we had reported it on the way to breakfast, manager really didn't carenWanted to know what I wanted well an apology would have been nice but as I didn't get one I said I wanted my early booking fee back!nHe then said I don't want you to leave with a dirty taste in your mouth I'll send you a voucher for dinnernSo far no voucher 2 days laternSpoke to the main manager on MondaynHe's attitude was we have 80 people staying here.nThe customer service is shockingnI've since found out that they are aware of a problem with the waternI fully believe they are aware of a problem with the water in the Townhouse but have probably had that many complaints thay they are uninterested.nI run a dentist in Tunbridge wells and we have sent a patient here to stay when having treatment we will not use this hotel againnIt's was a real disappointment
Had a wonderful night at One Warwick Park Hotel. My wife and I spent an evening in one of the loveliest rooms we've stayed in. Overlooking the rare book shop below, we watched people walking up and down and enjoying themselves in the nearby bars before heading out for dinner ourselves. The receptionist gave us the nicest welcome and answered all of our questions.nnThe bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the whole room was clean, tidy and free from wear-and-tear.nnWe ate breakfast downstairs in the morning and, while we waited slightly longer than anticipated, the food was delicous.nnWe'll definitely be back to stay in the future, hopefully in the same lovely room!
