This car park is well-signed and easily located. Payment via the Ringo app is convenient. The multi-story structure offers ample parking space, particularly on the higher levels. However, during peak hours, the one-way system can become congested due to drivers parking in the first available space instead of proceeding to the less crowded upper levels. This often leads to unnecessary delays that could be mitigated.

The car park is always well maintained and kept clean. The only thing that could be improved  is it is a little difficult to see the way out when the floor is wet and the spaces could do with being a foot wider, especially with the size of a family car these days.

Unless you have Ring Go the parking payment is not obvious re dc or cc. The phone goes unanswered. You can not pay cash. I paid twice but my email bounced back. 2* for convenience

Very convenient car park especially for the theatre, charging scheme isnt great especially if you have no signal to get onto ringo. They ring fence a days charge from your card then take the parking fee when you tap out. Im still waiting for my refund 3 days later. Not great but no choice

Improved massively after revamp a few years ago. Centre of TW, easy access, properly marked out spaces and pay as you leave ticketing system though there's an Internet option if you want. Pedestrian exit to the centre of town.
