Just used this car park for the theatre. Nice and close. Paid by card but you must remember to log out before exiting. Took £7.00, then ticket on exit said £2.00 so just need to make sure I get original £7.00 back as both charges on my banking app.

This car park is well-signed and easily located. Payment via the Ringo app is convenient. The multi-story structure offers ample parking space, particularly on the higher levels. However, during peak hours, the one-way system can become congested due to drivers parking in the first available space instead of proceeding to the less crowded upper levels. This often leads to unnecessary delays that could be mitigated.

Dreadful signage. Confusing paying system. If you're visiting for the first time and haven't got Ringo on your phone, which doesn't get a signal in any case, then the instructions on the machines are most confusing and unlike any other car park I've been to. Loads of people confused, irritated, worried and overcharged - probably an intentional money raising ploy.  Tiny parking spaces.

The car park is always well maintained and kept clean. The only thing that could be improved  is it is a little difficult to see the way out when the floor is wet and the spaces could do with being a foot wider, especially with the size of a family car these days.

Good central car park. Not overly expensive. Working out how to pay though was a pain
