I had some trouble with my tax bill, so thought it best to go down and speak to them in person. The people that work here referred me to a phone in the corner, 'use that to get the answers you seek' said the tax troll. The phone troll kept me waiting but when she did answer she referred me to the internet. I had questions Why bother going down? How are these people employed? Why are these people employed?, what do they do that the internet or a computer tax programme can't do. I can't help but wonder if my tax would be cheaper if we didn't have to pay for that building and those employees

It would be nice if the young man had been less of a bully and a I KNOW EVERYTHING attitude. Was no help in a 20 min call . Then watched for a further 3 mins where he decided to mute his head set and allowed the phone bill to (mine) to carry on charging further update, gutted just received my phone bill ... ouch £12.99 to have this monkey boy, play silly buggers. be careful when calling 084..
