Story

Ondine is a proper seafood restaurant. From the first day that Ondine's doors opened, we wanted to create an atmosphere
where people can roll up their sleeves and truly relax. Based in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town, we offer the finest seafood
and shellfish from the East Coast of Scotland and beyond. Our emphasis is on the fishermen who provide us with the freshest and most
sustainable produce, which we celebrate with knowledgeable yet satisfying cooking.

Had a great lunch at Ondine. The lobster was amazing and the steak so juicy!! I’d definitely recommend this place.
We had a lovely lunch here the other day. Every single dish we had was excellent - both taste and presentation. Service was friendly and professional. It's not for a quick bite, we ended up staying for quite long but I would definitely go back.
Love the food, love the atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and positive bar one who would not check with the chef if he could oblige a request. He knows who he is.
A very enjoyable lunch.
Very delicious seafood and a nice collection of wine. Tried Crab risotto, grilled scallops and malt whisky. Very delightful experience.
Definitely one of the best seafood restaurants in Edinburgh, its a lovely place to be in with friendly knowledgeable staff and excellent food/wine. Pleasantly relaxed atmosphere means that it's easy to relax and enjoy your visit. Be warned though, it's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it.
Very very fresh seafood and love the oyster happy hour! We mainly had started here to start our might off and loved it. The service was great,, very attentive
