Great services, lovely atmosphere and incredibly motivating and knowledgeable instructors
Helpful staff and friendly class for circuits, good locker space and facilities. I like that every week the classes changes keeping it fresh. Flexible payment from drop in all the way to monthly membership and I like that the class allows a variety from beginners to professionals.
Classes are good but I do not find FOH very helpful. The studio is inflexible if wanting to make a change to a booking and also they do not answer phones, slow replies on email etc.
Took a spin class here. The instructor was great, but the bikes were outdated and you need to bring your own clip-on shoes.
Went for the yoga flow class Sunday morning which was great. Really friendly instructor, clean and open studio. Used classpass but saw some good deals for 30 days for £40 yoga.
Really recommend oncore. The energy and choreography in the spin classes is amazing, I have so much fun I don't mind working out!
Awesome studio, clean space, and friendly instructors who are both knowledgable and encouraging. Very rare find in a big city like London, and make you feel super comfortable and at ease!
I have started Spin classes back in January and I still keep going - the ride is tough but so fun and always taught by a great instructor. The place has a good friendly atmosphere.
