Cyclebeat is just fantastic! The team & instructors are all great and they've created a very friendly and welcoming environment. The equipment is of a good standard and all the facilities are kept clean. Being able to book your bike and the competitive Beatboard are excellent extras. I cannot recommend it enough and have had several friends also join and get addicted! Thank you Cyclebeat :
Great studio. Good mix of instructors doing different styles of classes, all suited to improving your riding on the road. If you're not a cyclist, they're great spin classes anyway!
I took a Hot Yoga class at this studio in the bubble. Elizabeth was fantastic -- encouraging, energetic and funny. She was great with new students. Cycle Beat is falsely offering hot yoga when the room is not hot. For the style of yoga offered, there should be a proper heating system 42 degrees and at least 40% humidity with mirrors to create proper alignment. The Bubble was nowhere near correct heat/humidity and has no mirrors, so it's very difficult to know if you're practicing correctly. The Bubble itself is a dark, space-age enclosement, similar to a bouncy palace. The ceilings are too low to adequately stretch, even for a short woman like myself. I've practiced hot yoga for 13 years and this space made me feel uncomfortable, disoriented and claustrophobic. I hope this studio can create a proper yoga room to match the high quality of teaching.
Love this place & it's very close to getting 5 stars - The reason it doesn't is I think the cost is just slightly toppy. Okay it is in the middle of the City & I think competitors are just as expensive, but with a month membership costing upto £95 for what is only really a spinning class it make yous think twice. To be fair I think the cost drops to £70pm with annual subscription The instructors I've had so far Katie & Keith have been really great at pushing you to give it your all. And the Beatboard which ranks your in the class on Watts, RPM & Calories burned helps push you that bit further. All round a thoroughly exhausting experience - but that exactly what you want!!! Definitely try the 14 day trail @£20 absolute bargain!!!
Cyclebeat has a range of fantastic sessions including their new Hot Yoga Bubble. A few hours at Cyclebeat is the perfect mix of Spin Cycling and Bikram Yoga. The team is really friendly and the place is spotlessly clean.
Was nice. Services at the place is great and not expensive. Expected more from the class thought. Thought it would be more varied but it could have just been the instructor. Would go back and try someone else
