I've been a customer here for over a year now, and it's great to see a family-run quality bike shop that's local again in East Grinstead. I've had various stuff done to my bike, each time it's been dealt with very quickly and back on the road again in no time. Michelle, Robert and the team are great and friendly to deal with. The most appreciative thing I must say is when I was rescued by Robert, after a bad mishap on black-ice near his home, some friends I was with called him and he drove over, picked up my bike and took me to the hospital. I'd split my chin open and lost a bit of blood and had to get a good few stitches! He even offered to pick me up afterwards from hospital but my wife was able to help by then. The Shop checked out my bike for repairs (snapped shifter, bent hanger) and sorted it all out for me and gave me a good discount on top! No bike shop I have ever dealt with has given me this much friendly service! Need I say more? So a massive thanks and shout-out to "On Your Bike", East Grinstead! :-)

I have been very impressed with the service I have received from the helpful and expert team at this local bike shop. They offer a personalised service and will go to great lengths to help.

Unusual but beautiful business model.  Upon entry and vaguely mentioned we might want to hire a couple of bikes, very late notice..first order of business was an invite to the couch aittdiwn and a good coffee and awesome chocolate cake.  

Everyone is so helpful and personable  that saying ' no I'm good thanks' was often.

Also seems they employ quite a few younger staff and train them well, and a few of us oldies with the experience!!!

Good range of bikes, lollies on the counters, and other biking stuff.

I have been off my road bike for 2 years and wanted help to get back on it and start to enjoy riding again. The special service received and customer engagement throughout this process was brilliant. I went to the store on numerous occasions and every time, every staff member was very helpful. Also the coffee is wonderful.
