Amazing people my sons bike needed recabeling we went in at 11am Sunday morning he was training that evening. The manager did it there and then for him. Brilliant shop really helpful. They went the extra mile can't thank them enough top shop.

Extremely helpful staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Literally couldn't have done any more for me. Bought a diamondback heist 0.0 for my son after they recommended it, my son loves it and it looks great. They also added in a shorter stem to help with his size and fit the new pedals we bought on collection day. Add that to the 1 months free insurance and a free 4 week check up and you have one happy customer.

very impressed with the amount and variety of bikes and i managed to find what i was looking for with no problem. the staff where excellant and very helpfull. i must all note that the bike presentation is top notch and the store was very clean overall. 10/10 would come again

Bought 2 Scott stego helmets from On Yer Bike Over the telephone. They kindly had them delivered to the bike shop near me for convenience. Conor dealt with my enquiries in a very profession, polite and friendly manner throughout. He clearly understands the concept of an excellent customer experience. This transaction was so positive I'm off to try an ebike from them soon. Can't wait. Highly recommend.

Bought my Diamondback Corvus 2.0 E-Bike in November 2017, I haven't stopped smiling since, been on rides that I might not have normally done at this time of my life, looking forward to a good 2018, keep up the good work guys, and I'm going to make an effort to try and get out with you all on one of your bike rides
