What a waste of time, Hopefully hlfords will quickly follow  toys r us and maplin and do us all a favour. My advice is swerve the shops and buy online at a different retailer. I booked a click and collect pioneer headunit and drove 29 miles to the branch that had it instock only to be told when I got there it wasn’t fit for sale..... jokers !!!!

I would highly recommend halfords Burnley every time I have problem with my bike no matter how busy the bike technicians are especially this time of year they will always find time to repair my bike cannot fault them

Just asked a guy in the Burnley outlet about car stereo. (Radio not working ,but everything else does) He was so helpful,stopped what he was doing,offered different options and prices etc.....Even tho were not sure on what to do yet. Top service!

After having a few issues last year when I first got my bike Halfords Burnley have given me nothing but a first class service.
This is primarily down to Perry in the cycle department. Perry seems to go above and beyond everytime to ensure I was happy with my bike even staying after his finish time so I could get the bike back on time.
Perry always explains everything in detail but also in laymans terms and is always happy to advise and answer questions.
I am now a lifelong customer of Halfords Burnley and will be upgrading soon. I would advise anyone to pop in for a service or to ask Perry for advice he is a true credit to the store.

I recently visited Halfords in Burnley to have bulbs and fuses checked as my indicator wasn't working properly. I have now had to take my car to a reputable garage as the assistant has made the situation worse...... my speedometer no longer works, seatbelt sign remains on, engine light remains on, and the ABS sign remains on. He obviously didn't know what he was doing........ I do not recommend this service to future customers
