AVOID AT ALL COSTS - extremely rude staff - the manager Sarah was making rules up as she went along. Terrible customer service and did not want to help me as the customer at all. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but she was being completely irrational- I can’t help but feel it’s because I’m of a BAME background.
Never had a issue with this store, staff are always friendly and helpful and explain any process with issues with products. Can't remember a time when I got refused. Would recommend no problem
Don't answer phone goes to answer machine rang up a few times waste of time ringing them why have a phone line if you are not bothering about answering there's no chance lines are busy all the time you might aswell save the phone line rental cost by not having a phone line
Next day pick up does not exist. Better off using a different company
Shouldn't have moved store from where is was .nobody there to help waited for sombody we give up and went to the burnley store got what we wanted from a proper shop
Large store with plenty of parking. Multiple desks so queuing is minimal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to order online so that it's ready for you when you get there.
Ordered two packs of 50 Verbatim dvd-r's plus one other item. Arrived home and was going to put packs of dvds away in cupboard when noticed one pack looked fuller than the other. Upon checking, I found no seal on packaging like the other one, Verbatim cover label disc not on top of disc so decided to count the discs and found 3 discs missing. Am not amused. As I live 8 miles away, the cost of fuel to return to store would outweigh cost of discs. SHODDY SUPPLY OF GOODS I must say.
We had been buying from this store for a long time but since this new manager started here, it's really unprofessional and rude behaviour she has with customer. We bought this a rocker for new born and it was within the warranty period it started falling apart we asked them in the store we knew the time and date of receipt but they wouldn't help us instead that young girl who is recently appointed was really rude and she wouldn't even talk to me but to the till operator and I could see her talking back and forth to the till operator casually in my face ...ending the conversation...." It's not our problem ". The worst Argos branch since such unprofessional manger they have employed who can't have a moral courage to deal with a genuine demand of a customer, I felt so embarrassed and disgusted and do not recommend any to buy from there.
Had problem with purchase but Vanessa went above and beyond to sort it out. Will definitely shop there again
Ordered product in evening and it was ready to be collected at 9am next day so very efficient and lady was very nice and polite in store
