I have a Pivot Mach 6 which I purchased from a shop that was nearer to me than Ride On but subsequently this turned into a Roadie Emporium! I have used Ride On at a distance to get me Pivot specific stuff and they have now taken up a Frame issue I have with Pivot, I've got to say they have been fantastic - really helpful and willing to go the extra mile even though I didn't buy the bike from them. I'd definitely recommend them and just wish they'd open a shop in Bollington! Cheers Guys!

Absolutely fab service and staff. Brilliant experience buying my Transition Patrol and customising it to my spec. Follow-up service has been excellent and I'd highly recommend.

Excellent shop with really helpful and knowledgeable staff. The owner is friendly and always has time for you. They helped my son out with his race bike build will not use anyone else. Prices are very competitive and if they don't have what you need in they will get it next day.
