I’m giving 3 stars because the venue itself is not welcoming. The entrance and hall wall is a building site, the toilets are pretty gross and the reception area seems to be monopolised by customers from 2 other Asian themed businesses which means you kinda have to linger around waiting for someone from Omescape to tell you what’s going on. Saying that, the zombie VR experience we did was awesome and we were howling with laughter once the 30mins of screaming was over.
Incredible VR experience, can't wait to come by again. The instructor made us feel being in a real situation and gave us such good vibes. Highly recommend!
We had a very good time doing this today. It was 5 of us, plus a 3 year old who obviously didn't play but it was absolutely fine to do this escape room with him there. The puzzles were difficult enough but not too twisted that you get too frustrated. Nice set up with multiple rooms and a fun crawl. Reasonably priced.
We had an really fun time doing the virtual escape room. It was very realistic and had a lot of fun tasks to do. Yo was really friendly and super helpful with setting up the equipment, explaining the activity and helping us throughout the challenge. We will definitely be back to try more of the activities!
We did the Huxley escape room and loved the whole experience. Very original, and the VR adds a nice twist to the usual escape rooms. We run into a few technical issues which forced us to stop for about ten minutes when we were about 5 minutes before the end of the experience, but it was overall well handed and we managed to get back into the virtual world and finish the game.
Too many technical issues delayed the whole experience a lot. It also takes away from the enjoyment of the experience and for first-timers and returning customers it's very disappointing and frustrating. These kinks should be ironed out and improvements made already so guests can have a great experience. Very disappointed. And a lot of time spent waiting around. No drinks or refreshments on site which added to our frustration with our visit. Most likely not returning or recommending this place. Strange that one room has all the issues the other room runs pretty smooth which is a shame as they should all run smoothly.
Super fun experience, was over far too quickly! Had a technical issue in the second half of the game where my video feed got cut, felt like a cable got caught on the back of the headset and turning my head pulled it loose so took me out of the game while my friend was able to carry on, but Yo who was on duty got me up and running again very quickly. Will definitely come back but next time, will ask them to turn on the aircon, gets very hot very quickly!

I am a big VR fan and this experience was good fun. Would like an extra couple of feet in the room as there were 4 of us playing so it was a bit tight. Session went really quickly. Would love to play half life alyx or resident evil 7 in a space like this. Overall a good experience.
I tried both the Cat themed escape room and the Heros VR experience. The ER was ok, a bit rough around the edges. The VR was enjoyed by everyone - not sure if this was just due to the novelty of it all. The staff were very accommodating. The entrance a bit odd.
