Had a lovely experience when we went today for my sisters birthday! Our game master was Emma and she was an absolute sweetheart. She made sure to take time to explain everything to us as it was our first time doing an escape room. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and enjoyed doing all the puzzles. Will for sure be coming back! :
Amazing escape room. Went today for the second time and did the "butcher's lair". Great quality props and set, etc, super fun puzzles and an amazing atmosphere. Our host was Tasha, and she was awesome: super friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. We have a loyalty card now and can't wait to go back to try another room. Highly recommended.
I honestly can't say anything negative or critical about this place. Very helpful and nice staff, beautiful interior. Best of all are the escape rooms themselves. We did both the Wizarding and Sherlock themed rooms. Both were fun, creative and overall just well designed. They even include some alternative ways of solving puzzles.
Absolutely not worth the money the staff so strict on timings which it might say in their ‘terms of agreements’ but when you’re paying £35ph you’d think they might be slightly more considerate if being late wasn’t your fault or due to public transport. The room was underwhelming and the clues were all over the place. They also gave you hints even if you didn’t ask for them. The game leader was full of energy and a nice woman but there is 100% way better escape rooms to go to and would absolutely not recommend this one. Waste of time and money.
Definately one of the best Escape Rooms there is in London! When I've travel over from Sweden I've always made sure to stop by with a few friends! I've had Emma as Game Master a few times now and she's always made sure we had the best time! /Tess
Restored my damn faith in humanity. Staff were incredibly accommodating when we turned up far too early likely causing a schedule mishap, were incredibly friendly, and the room was the perfect level for my team the flying Dutchman. We were provided with information on which escape rooms would be best for us to do next and definitely intend to act on it!
Great escape room. would definitely visit again, We failed to escape only just missed out was 2 puzzles away. The staff were helpful and friendly and went through the last couple of puzzles with us after we failed so we could fully understand the room and I thought this was good. My 1 and only criticism is that the clues are pre determined on an ipad, often you would ask for a clue but the clue would be the info you had already worked out as it was an automated message. I wish the clues were actual live hints and clues to nudge you in the right direction by the game master. But other than this the rooms were great.
We were in the Sherlock room, super difficult but so fun! Will was brilliant and even explained anything that we missed at the end. Was a really great Sunday night

The game masters, Daniel and Will, were exceptional, providing subtle hints and guidance when needed, while allowing us to revel in our triumphs and learn from our mistakes. The 60-minute time limit flew by, and before we knew it, we were standing outside, beaming with pride, having successfully escaped the wizard's lair! If you're a Harry Potter fan, an escape room enthusiast, or simply seeking a unique adventure, "The Wizard's Escape" is an absolute must-try. Gather your friends, don your wizarding robes, and get ready to embark on an unforgettable quest!
