Found Oliver Henrick cars online on Autotrader and found Malcolm really easy to deal with. He stayed late especially so we could view the car after work which really helped as we both work full time.  When we first saw the car we were very impressed with the condition and the price was also really good based on the spec where we are after ( to the point where I thought something was wrong). We have since had it serviced and it was in great condition. I would have no doubts about recommending this garage to anyone and Malcolm offers a real personal service. Leon.

Purchased a 2009 vw scirocco, Very good condition for its age. 2 minor issues found after purchase which were promply fixed with fantastic after care.. Great service and would return again :)

Purchased a citroen c5 2009 reg in October 2016. Everything seemed ok to begin with, the problems then started... The clutch went, which was replaced, then the Car kept losing power at 60-70mph and the power steering fluid had disappeared... The engine management light was on and reduced power. Oliver Hendrock cars took it in and kept it for over two weeks. The engine management light problem and cutting out was fixed and the fluid topped back up and was told that the leak in the power steering system was fixed. One month later the power steering system was again lumpy and the fluid gone again. So clearly I had been lied to. I wouldn't reccomend this company at all. Buyer beware.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I was truly amazed by the sincerity and friendliness of malcolm and his business partner, nothing is to much trouble and the aftercare is second to none. I know exactly where i'll be buying my next vehicle . Thank you
