Bought a decent polo back in March. Started off well with pleasant service, and they threw in a new timing belt on request, but the after-service has been awful. Within a week or two the radiator fan cracked & blew all it's electrics because they'd left an unused bolt loose in the engine compartment that had got jammed (also found an unused belt loose in there). Had to replace the radiator as it had a leak. Wipers needed replacing, as soon as I saw them in the rain (no visibility). Battery needed replacing within a month or two. Had to replace rear suspension as it was completely shot. Appreciate it's an old car so will need some work, so have only mentioned these specific repairs as it had a clean MOT when I bought it (and bolt was just negligent!). I have now spent close to £1000 on repairs just to keep it roadworthy months after buying it with a clean MOT. All I asked for was a refund of the £250 warranty we got with the purchase. Months later and no follow-up on their promises to contact me about it, I reluctantly decided it was time to write this review and give up hope of any refund.

Great service could not do enough when we was buying are car.but after sales is TERABLE once they have your money they don't care

Bought Nissan Micra did a few jobs on it before I bought it very pleased! Good communication and collecting the car thanks guys
