Friendly, honest service. I was buying remotely, but the whole process was completely hassle-free. The car was reasonably priced and as described - no surprises. Very happy & would definitely recommend!

We went to look at a first car for my youngest daughter. Comms before the visit were fine and the car looked as described in the advert. I had a quick look around the car and opening the bonnet found the nearside headlight had not been bolted back in after a new one had been installed by the owner of the company. We bolted it in and went for a short test drive. The car drove fine. We made a deal and I loaded onto my trailer for the trip home. Since being back at home I have found the following: 1, The rear offside wheel had 3 loose wheel nuts (finger tight). 2, two litres of oil needed adding to the engine to arrive at the middle point of the dip stick. This is even after the service stamp book showed the owners company stamp only 2 months previously. 3, The battery was not secured and we had to buy and fit a clamp over the battery which was missing. 4, The rear exhaust heat shield was laying on the exhaust so I have now fixed this back into place. I have not approached the owner of the company over these issues as I realise there is a degree of acceptability when buying a used car. However I would urge the company owner, who seems a reasonable family man, to take care to examine his stock carefully and that had we driven the car home with the issues discovered above, we may have not made it home or worse!

Fantastic service here. Saw a car on Sunday which had a tracking problem so they offered to sort it out and deliver to my house (40 miles away) the next day. When the car arrived they had replaced the worn tire that was flagged on the MOT without me even asking them to. On Thursday after receiving the car I noticed the driver sun visor was missing, I text the company and they replied instantly saying they will send me a new one in the post. The car I bought is cat D but it is absolutely perfect and repaired to a very high standard, so glad I bought it from them and not somewhere else. Thank you!

Be aware most of the stock is CAT-D insurance write-offs sold by this dealer. They are bought from insurance companies and repaired. This was not made clear in the advert I saw on Autotrader. I only realised this after I inspected the car and noticed tape repairs and different coloured glue on some of the weld marks. The repairs seem to be reasonable quality but the insurance write-off should be stated in the advert. This is why most of the cars are cheaper. Buy with caution and ask about repairs.
