Recently purchased a Renault Megane Coupe from here after doing the rounds of Birmingham car dealers. After despairing we would find a nice example we found a perfect one here. There was a an issue with a slightly worn component in the steering that they organised the replacement of that afternoon so we could drive it away that day. They even replaced the missing TomTom sat nav card for me!

I bought a BMW 318 series with this company and the service was very very poor. Extremely Poor!!!! 
Mr Tomlins and his son lied to me throughout the sale. Firstly, the car didn't have a good service history. They stamped the service book. Secondly, they lied to me about a warranty on the car. Which means if I experience any problems with the car within a set period. Not sure. That was a big fat lie. Because  Immediately I took the car home, I had problems with oil leakage. I called them and I was told to bring the car back. I lived in Birmingham, so you can imagine driving all the way to their shop. I wasn't given any courtesy car. I was called to come for the car the following day and it's all sorted. That was the beginning of all my troubles with the engine. I kept pestering them with phone calls but they didn't want to know in the end. 
Therefore I decided to sort it myself. Therefore I took the car for diagnostic. The results were shocking. My engine wasn't functioning 100% due to the oil leakage. I called and told Tomlins, they didn't want to know. I've spent over £2000-£3000 to fix this engine and guess what, the engine has packed up now. My Head Gasket is knacked plus few leakages. All these problems started th first week of buying from TOMLINS. 

Now I am without a car. I want to say they are a bunch of liars. Not fit for purpose. 
You have to be very careful buying a car from them. They are a bunch of liars, I repeat!!! I remember they kept asking me to come after 6pm to view the car. All because the engine was full of smoke therefore when is darker I can't see it.   I trusted them and believe all their lies they told me about the car. However there was a hidden problem with the engine. I am not happy with the service and I don't want innocent customers to feel the same. 
Please check your service book before you buy from them and also go and view the car with a mechanic. That was my mistake. Please do not be like me and end up without a car!!!!
