We enjoyed an excellent meal in this quirky little restaurant while visiting Torquay. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the Austrian owner gives a trademark yodel when he enters the dining room to meet the diners. The food was very good and there is a reasonable wine list to choose from too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary. Booking ahead is highly advisable.

Like all things cranky and interesting one has to find this place as it comes! However the food was exceptional .. staff amusing to say the least .. chef / owner ... Funny too . Great place

Exceptional food! You shouldn't go here expecting a quick dining experience as it's a limited team but it's a lovely personal atmosphere and it's well worth the wait 😁 Not cheap but not unreasonable - £15-20 for a main course with a good mix of meat and fish dishes with a euro-centric Austrian inspired menu. Try It!
