Both cinema and coffee bar are most successful in fulfilling their purposes.
Stopped here for light bite and cuppa polite helpful staff,sat outside under the hall itself weather was fine so no problem .Had coronation chicken sandwich which came with crisp and salad , excellent choice would recommend. Good food in lovely surroundings with great service
Well partitioned for covid safety - Great latte and mince pie - Staff friendly, cash only when I visited which was unusual nowadays, but table service & reasonably priced.
Visited the outdoor cafe set up under the Market Hall, well laid out, took details and adhered to current guidelines. Nice hot cup of coffee with a lovely view of the square.

Love the Old Market Hall! Great coffee shop tasty cakes and drinks! and fabulous little cinema under the beams of the building. Great that you can take your wine in to the cinema with you.
Fabulous to sit in comfort to watch a movie. Coffee shop lovely and not too expensive. Really lovely atmosphere. I can't give 5* because of so many adverts b4 the movie, 26 mins!! Then 2 x trailers for 1917 - then more adverts!!
Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. We shared a cake. I had a milkshake with cream and my friend had a smoothie. It was all yummy.
