Not too much of a surprise really. Usual high standards, no issues. Covid prep was lacking, definitely not 2m between doors people corridors. Other than that was good.
The cafe is well set up and spaced for guests during the current difficult times. All track and trace elements in place for either their own scheme or the government scheme. Nice to enjoy a Soy based Hot Chocolate and a chocolate on the side with this one.
Friendly and efficient service/staff. Good, tasty coffee and snacks too! The Covid precautions are good and the tables were cleaned as soon as the customers vacated their table.
Excellent cup of coffee, I find a latte a bit stronger than Starbucks or Costa which I prefer. Good staff. Expect to queue up at the moment
Strict Social distancing in place and really friendly staff. Hot chocolate is 2nd to none! By far the best of all the big brands. Tuna melt was also to die for! Highly recommend!
