This was our first visit here. Being a Saturday it was very busy but the staff were really helpful and found us a table for 6. As it was so busy we did have to wait for around an hour for our food but was well worth the wait as the food was really good. Will definitely go again and highly recommend.
Very good pub. Come here a lot for poker and entertainment! Really good deals on shots and food is amazing too. Letia, Lyndsay, Tara, Lou and Eden were working and all very happy to be serving us.
Nice pub. Very much a sport and food oriented place. Big screen TV, darts and pool. Had the Louisiana chicken kebab which was very tasty and decently priced. Staff friendly. Loses a star because of the ridiculously positioned car park entrance.
From the outside it is one of those places you would probably not go in presented with the car park and not a lot of outside space, that's just down to its location, however when you do go in its huge, it was busy as it was Christmas, they had live music, and it took a while to get served but we didn't mind as it meant we could enjoy the atmosphere, something a lot of pubs lack nowadays. We only stopped for a couple of drinks but were glad we went in now.
Don't go if you want to be waiting for your food 1h. We waited so long that we went up to the counter to ask if there was some problem in the kitchen. The answer was that we were told there is a waiting time and yes we were told, but the waiting time was supposed to be 40 minutes not 1h. After finally getting our food we ate and left the pub. Later we realised we weren't served our apple pie slices that we paid for. Very poor service.
A number of us turned up for a pint, only to be greeted by a parking fee sign. We turned around and left. I would love to think we missed something or is Greene King yet another greedy pub chain.
Very nice place, very diverse atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, very clean and generally a nice play to be! The food was nice and a great value for money £1.50 for a child’s sundae you won’t get more value for money... also some of the challenges are absolutely fantastic, hard, but fantastic and seriously worth checking out

What a lovely pub full of lovely locals. Table 20 is often full of young, hunky men. Disabled toilet is very spacious
Wicked sport bar with lots of room and plenty of beer . Good pub food if you want a snake or main meal . Great little Pub
