Ojino Sushi

The worst experience EVER!!!!!!!! I would like officially to complain from the lack of customer service from Ojino Sushi. I have ordered the sushi online via a Wowcher Voucher as indicated and the time of delivery was 11:30am for Sunday 14th July, the reason being is that I was flying out on a holiday and I would have wanted a good meal before the long flight. I received a confirmation of my booking via email. On Saturday the day before at 10pm I've had two missed calls form a mobile number which is unknown to me without leaving any message. On Sunday at 11:30am I called Ojino sushi to ask whether my order is arriving and an extremely rude gentleman told me that they called me yesterday to tell me that their kitchen opens at 2pm so they will not deliver the order. On top of that he claimed that this is all my fault as I have not picked up my phone from an unknown number on Saturday night and he was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! He was even swearing at me!!!! If the circumstances were different I wouldn't have minded getting the order later, however the time, that was suggested for the order, I was already on my way to the airport! On top of that it'b been months of emailing Wowcher and they have contacted Ojino Sushi about the case and Ojino sushi is NOT RESPONDING, so I cannot get my money back?? Really - how unprofessional!!!!
