I have been with Charmrace for 12 years and I couldn't speak more highly of this garage! Very friendly staff, efficient, helpful and genuinely caring for their customers. I have always done service and MOT with them as well as many repairs (my car is old) and always got my car back in excellent condition. It is rare nowadays to find a business who really understands the meaning of customer services and who values their loyal customers. Tony is a star! Thank you so much! :)

Fitted brakes front and back. Popped back as there was a bit of a squeaking sound - just to double-check there was nothing wrong (as I had a bad experience with brakes from a different place in the past). They took car in, check brakes, cleaned up the pads and returned the car....and absolutely no charge! I think this sums up the service at Charmrace. Great guys!

Went to Charmrace after a recommendation from a friend as I wanted to purchase a car through them. Wasn't disappointed, got a second hand car that feels brand new, and the team obviously cleaned it thoroughly for which I'm grateful. Will stick with them for services and MOTs.

Following a service and MOT, my car was returned to me in a filthy state with an extra 200 miles on the clock. Two weeks later, still waiting for an explanation from Tony. Be careful of these guys!

Charmrace was recommended to me by a friend when I was desperate to find a garage that could sort out an on-going problem I had with my car. Other garages I had been to could not find the fault because I was told that my car was too old to be tested on their computers. I was relieved to find a garage (Charmrace) that did not rely solely on computers. The problem was soon identified and rectified. I could not speak more highly of a garage, nothing is too much trouble. I have received only the best of service from staff and management and I have full confidence in them.
