Good shoes, but will have to give a one star as the shop closed 1 hour earlier on the New Year’s Eve - I can understand everyone wants to go home early on this day, but when all other shops are open as normal and only Clark’s is closed early, it is not so nice.

Lovely shoes , terrible staff , the manager Eddie is absolutely awful really bad customer service and attitude argues all the time With customers has no respect what so ever . Shoes displayed for £40 he charged me £44. Not happy at all and many customers complain about him yet again nothing is being done . Really terrible Manager shouldn't work as a manager at all he should work for a chip shop! Absolutely disappointed not happy at all . Will not be returning . Spoke to another cuStomer in the shop that purchased shoes for his son and he experienced the same thing as me with this manager . As I said not happy at all !

It was black friday and i went to get shoes for my daughter and this lady called harriet had amazing service very kind she really knows her stuff great service from her . Great advice on taking care of shoes .

The shoes are great the overall brand is good I guess .. but the staff are extremely rude, unprofessional lazy .. not welcoming at all .. there's a range of shoes on display but they have no sizes and they decide what shoes should be brought ..... I should have brought shoes from footlockers near by their customer service exceeds clarks . Very disappointed might just not shop from Clark again. I was served and half ways through the staff disappeared and was asked to wait to be served again.

Eddie, what a horrible manager! how can Clarks employ someone who is so rude and ignorant! You obviously forgot where you have come from Eddie, HUMBLE BEGININGS? Being a managerh as obviously gone into your head so much! Never returning here again!
