Horrible staff any day of the week that you may visit this store, I usually avoid it because their level of service is abysmal. I went in to make a return the employee Marco was at the till doing something so I waited patiently after 2 or 3 minutes he took out his mobile phone. After 2 minutes of me watching him text his colleague Oluwatunmise glances at him and Marco decided to put his phone away. I asked him him for the manager and he asked me why. I went on to explain to him that the his customer service extremely poor. He claimed he was chatting to his manager on the mobile it was only 5 seconds and started shouting at me while doing so. This store is not even worth one star.

The customer service here is horrific! There were four people in the store and I didn't even get a smile from any of them. Then when there were three behind the till none of them served me but instead were in a little chat over some funny looking guy in the store. (gossip!? Behind the till!? Really!?) My shoes had been 'mistakenly' put on sale so I almost had to pay full price, but thankfully the "manager" knew enough to know that they had to sell them to me at the labelled price. I'm not going there again. Only two stars because I got a pair of Vans for £24.99

Awful customer service. Young and unknowlodge manager who supposted was in charge but wasn't there. I did my purchase and then when I got home saw the wrong item. When he has came just said I can do nothing. Awful!

I walked into the Ealing Broadway shop to do an online return and was told as I walked half way through the shop that they cannot accept any returns as they don't have enough money in the till, even though I could see several people making cash purchases at the time. I then attempted to call the store three days in a row and have never had an answer. Extremely unprofessional.
