I recommend Avari 10/10. I am from Chicago and went there to buy all my wedding jewelry. One of their associates helped me select jewelry for all my functions. Everything is great quality and they have every style available. Jewelry shopping can be so overwhelming, but at Avari they support you in making all the hard decisions!
My go to place for jewellery! I’ve used Avari over the years for non-bridal pieces and returned for my engagement, pre wedding and wedding jewellery. Excellent customer service received as always. Jay and the girls have always been so accommodating in my selections and are always on hand to make any changes if required. On occasions where a stone may be loose or part of a piece needed repairing, they’ve always been on hand to help, which has always been appreciated : - thank you again!
One of the best shops for Indian jewellery in Wembley!! The jewellery is great quality with a variety to choose from! The staff were lovely and helpful especially on arrival. They attended to me well even when the shop was busy. The girls made sure I found the perfect set for a wedding I had coming up! 10/10 experience!
I went into Avari to buy jewellery for a special occasion- I was recommended the store by quite a few people so I decided to try it out. Wow is all I can say, firstly their jewellery is beyond stunning- every piece was unique and beautiful, I honestly need more events to go to so I can buy more jewellery. I was shocked at how reasonable they are, honestly some of their pieces look like bespoke diamond jewellery. The most important part of this experience was the customer service I received from start to finish- they understood my needs and showed me key pieces for the look I was going for. I have another event in July which I still need to buy an outfit for- I will definitely be going there. I recommend anyone looking for stunning jewellery at reasonable prices- this is your place. Amazing service from all staff here. Avari is my go to for jewellery for all occasions! Just brought all my wedding jewellery and despite being so busy their customer service is always impeccable! Their jewellery is also very long lasting and can be worn multiple times! In regards to their shoes, comfy, stylish and again long lasting!!
I bought jewellery from here last year and it was really beautiful! This year I needed something for my sisters wedding but I didn't have time to go to the shop. I contacted Avari via WhatsApp and they were really helpful by providing clear photos of the options that will match my lengha. Within 3 days I had the jewellery that I picked delivered at my front door. This was the easiest jewellery shopping mission I've ever had! Also, the price matches the high quality - it is worth it. Thank you very much Avari.
I bought a jewellery set last week for my daughter’s wedding. On trying it at home we found there were only four links at the back so was short for the side pendant. I phoned in and a lady was pleasant enough to say not to worry and she’ll add the links if I took it in. I have for the past ten years been their customer, but because of my experience below, from now on will give my custom to somebody more deserving. I’m so sure this would not bother them which they made clear in the store but I hope will help other customers in making their decision. I’ll keep you posted on other social media sites if I do get a response from them, although I doubt it given their attitude. My sister took the set in today and initially there was a lot of push back from not only the sales assistants but the owner too; 1 We should have checked the goods before we left the store. 2 To add a 6 inch link they would charge £7.50, which we accepted. 3 They had no respect for the jewellery since it was no longer under their ownership. It was mishandled on the glass counter, until they were asked to please handle it properly. The Owner then asked the assistant to place it in the soft board. 4 The links were reluctantly added but very roughly, one still open, and was shorter at 4.5 inches. She was arguing that it was 6 inches, until asked to measure it. Oh well, didn’t get an apology but they did extend it by an inch. We do expect to get 6 inches if they are charging £7.50! 5 Finally got the 6 inches links added but with so much reluctance and blame shifting, I don’t even get this much hassle and push back from the smaller stalls in Ealing Road who might not be selling expensive jewellery but are more than happy to provide an after sale service. Avari do not believe in customer satisfaction or after sale service. Only interested in making a sale. I would strongly advise you shop around because you can get similar, if not better, jewellery and with a smiling helpful after sale customer service. This is important when the wedding arrangements are stressful in itself.
Had the best experience shopping at Avari jewlery for all my wedding jewlery. They made the experience enjoyable and less stressful, I went in with a specific look, and they helped me put that look together! Couldn’t be happier with the service received also there jewlery is beautiful, my mum and sister both bought wedding sets from there as well for all events!
Ever since I first visited Avari about two years ago, it has been my go to spot for jewellery! I have about 8 sets from them and have never walked out of the place without great customer service and what I wanted! The quality of the jewellery is impeccable, doesn't rust or break easily! Staff are always willing to help be it in person or when shopping through their Instagram page, in terms of showing you their collection, giving their opinions, customising the colour, etc! Thank you to the team behind Avari for their service and stunning collections!
BEST jewellery store in the London - actually, even the whole of the UK! I've shopped at red dot jewels before but AVARI is so much better. more affordable, unique styles, so many options, and most of all - amazing customer service. every time I go I get the best service and highly appreciate the staff spending time with me and having patience! I'm a bride next year so I'm going to be picky but the staff dont make me feel bad for taking out 100 sets which is very important. thanks again! I'm definitely a regular :-
