The cinema was very run down and dated, faulty recliner seats included my seat, poor sound quality in screen 3, the picture quality was poor, the seats too narrow for plus size people and this place haven't got the luxury vibes anymore. Overpriced for poor quality and inedible food. Cheese sauce with the nachos was awful that the sauce was splited like scrambled eggs, the hot dog tasted horrid with a dry roll. £50 down the drain. I wouldn't be coming back any time soon. Daytime robbery.
I hadn't been to the cinema in a few years so I thoroughly enjoyed the space and comfort of the seating here - far more relaxing than having to stand up and sit down when somebody wanted to pass by. One star off for the extortionate pricing of drinks and sweets!
We have the limitless tickets for which we pay monthly, and it is well worth it. That, coupled with the reclining seats at this theater, is a perfect match.
Very pleasant staff. Pre-booking and ordering is very easy. Recliner chairs are comfortable. Screens are clean.

Really like the luxe cinema seats and the booking/ food collection is always really easy and staff are always really nice and helpful.
Comfortable seats, plenty space, seat try is helpful too, great big screen, however price is more expensive than the vue, and when the fans comes on it can be a bit to cold, but it's a nice cinema
