I LOVE this wine shop! it is not big but when you are inside you can always get what you want! Good price with amazing selections. Fab staff, they are friendly and welcoming. You can ask for recommendation or any question you have. Their knowledge of what they have will definitely bring you some good ideas and good options! You can also leave your email address for registration so next time you can have some discount on beers and wine. It is a perfect place to get some gifts or simply get some treats to yourself. I got some amazing wine as a gift and a bottle of orange wine for myself. Amazing. I wish I could have more photos but I will def retrun! hooray !
Fantastic selection of wines and spirits, and the staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable. I live in Newcastle and always try to visit latitude when I'm in the area. Bought some plantation OFTD and Pineapple, well priced and both spectacular rums.
Tasty wine... Tasty music... Tasty team... What else could you ask of Leeds' finest booze emporium! Usually my visits are a reaction to an upcoming occasion, I tend to give a general idea of what I'm looking for and then presented with plenty of options along with great product knowledge and tasting notes, even tell them what your cooking and they will recommend the perfect bottle. Sometimes they have a little something open to try which is great touch! I always love coming to latitude, everyone's really welcoming and you can see they all absolutely love what they do, and want to ensure everyone who walks out the door has left with something perfect for their needs.
One of my favourite shops in Leeds. The staff are incredibly knowledgable in their products yet personable. I have never had a bad experience or a bad purchase! The staff are always giving great recommendations, having proper conversations to determine what you'd like, and the wine tasting evenings are amazingly generous probably too much so my hangovers would say!. Thanks for everything over the years!
Excellent selection of wines and liquors, and the recommendations of wines for specific occasions are always spot on. Superb and friendly customer service. One never feels rushed - the staff takes all the time needed. As a customer of 5+ years, I could clearly sense that the staff runs the shop with passion. All this identifies Latitude as an outstanding wine and liquor merchant in Leeds. In addition, the Loyalty List that one can join entitles to a discount on wines that makes a purchase even sweeter.
Latitude is one of my favourite places in Leeds. I haven't have a bad bottle of wine there. In fact they've all been excellent! Friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere and an extensive and interesting selection of wines and spirits. Highly recommend.
Latitude is simply the best in Leeds. Huge selection - always something new and interesting in store. Going there is a real treat. I like to browse - but the staff are always friendly and offering to help. I really should take them up on it, instead of just grabbing random bottles once I've become overwhelmed by the selection!. Good online offering too - their mixed cases have always had a good selection, and local delivery is really quick. Ignore the recent bot campaign - it is awesome.
We were lucky enough to find Latitude when it first opened, and so it's about time I wrote them a review! Chris and the team have assembled an incredible range of wines and spirits. Their knowledge and enthusiasm is outstanding, and they are always friendly and approachable. If there is something interesting in the shop, it is rare not to be offered a nip to taste too. As if their shop wasn't fantastic enough, their themed sampling nights, and the legendary portfolio sampling nights are simply the best in the business. Keep on with all you do, and thank you for all your help and advice over many years of great wines. Highly recommended!
I have frequently bought wines and spirits from Latitude and NEVER been disappointed. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and are never too busy for a quick chat. Their range of products, for such a small place, always has something I'm interested in buying. This is the place I go in Leeds if I want a special present for someone.
I love this wine shop. Excellent selection, good prices, and really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a really unusual dish that needed a wine pairing. When I looked at my wine pairing book it said it was one of the most difficult ingredients to pair so I knew I needed an experts help. Their selection was absolutely spot on and couldn’t of paired more better. Their online shopping experience is good too and the delivery is super quick. 5 stars
