Such a great selection which is very unassuming from the window display. They are catering for a broad spectrum of customers to entice them in, so I think I got the wrong impression from what was displayed to the outside world. I was pleasantly surprised when I finally decided to head in. The service is delivered perfectly - the team tailor their conversations in such a way to make you feel comfortable and listened to. Considering they’re working within such a huge floor space, love that someone always whips across as if from nowhere to check in and aid you in your choices. Special mention to Nicky who was such a wonderful ambassador for Majestic, she printed off some tasting notes for the wines we together selected for my evening, which added to the excitement of trying them later on. My thoughts on her selection of Assyrtiko from Santorini are forthcoming I’ll let you know next time I’m in Nicky. Thanks team :
I oder 4 weeks ago in delivery but his sent me 1hour .45 minutes I ring uber driver he's say no ready.

The shop itself is great but the car park here is a trap where it's free to park but with a maximum time limit. They hit you with a fine if you go over the time limit and it's all done by CCTV so you won't get away with it. Having a wine shop with this kind of car park contributes to the trap situation as if you're not local and drive there and go for a wine tasting you'll probably need to go for some food to soak the booze up so you can drive home again. This is exactly what me and my partner did and as a result we were hit with a fine in the region of £100, which ruined what had been a lovely day out. Because the shop was good I've not given 1 star but clearly getting an unexpected fine massively overshadowed the positive aspect of the experience. I think of these car parks as a bit like highway robbers - it looks like a perfectly normal industrial estate car park and they lure you in thinking it's safe and them bam! you get robbed. Unfortunately unlike gun toting robbers they have the backing of the legal system. I'll be boycotting this car park and the shops around it including majestic wine from now on as that seems to be the only recourse available to me.

If you ever want to experience the scene from pretty woman go there as you feel like an outcast I felt watched and there was a couple in looked like students was offered drinks plus someone else had one too but just because I didn't look the part no help stuck up and I had money there loss
Went to collect Naked Wines order and spent another £100 on goodies. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team here, made me up a gift case with tasting notes and took it to my car for me. All round excellent
First visit today and great service. Sidmt have the wine I went for but recommended others and first bottle is lovely. Great selection and layout. Love the tasting notes too thank you.
This is a great place to find wines that you love and at a reasonable price. I always buy 6 usually different ones so that I can try something new but sometimes I just buy the ones I like. Service is great very friendly and helpful staff.
This place is brilliant however as a disabled driver, I was forced to park over the disabled bay as 2 other cars had parked over the lines and i was unable to get my car fully into the bay, I promptly received a fine and disputed this explaining my circumstances of the day but the parking agency running the cameras were not interested and only saw a profit to be made clearly no consideration for individuals forced into something let's hope no ambulances need to park up in disabled bays as the NHS would likely be hit with a fine also, I honestly don't know why they allow such greedy inconsiderate people to overlook a car park with a disgusting attitude towards real life, be careful parking up here
