I’ve been looking forward to trying lattitudes new joint. I’m a complete wine tragic and love learning about what i’m drinking, regions, grapes varieties and everything terroir! This place is incredible. Not just because of its great selection but because their staff are trained i mean really trained! That is what I value most. They had it at their last place and they’ve nailed it here. Bravo! This place is class.
My all time favourite shop in Leeds. The guys are so lovely, they recognise a face which is a nice personal touch no idea how, as they must see SO many people, they're so knowledgeable, have the best recommendations, don't upsell, and really take the time to chat through things with you. My only criticism is that I can't buy shares in latitude because I feel like I visit that often! Keep it up guys, and can't wait to see the new shop! Today's purchases pictured.
This place is amazing! The staff are great, friendly and offer great recommendations. The amount of different wines here is vast and you'll definitely find something you love!
I LOVE this wine shop! it is not big but when you are inside you can always get what you want! Good price with amazing selections. Fab staff, they are friendly and welcoming. You can ask for recommendation or any question you have. Their knowledge of what they have will definitely bring you some good ideas and good options! You can also leave your email address for registration so next time you can have some discount on beers and wine. It is a perfect place to get some gifts or simply get some treats to yourself. I got some amazing wine as a gift and a bottle of orange wine for myself. Amazing. I wish I could have more photos but I will def retrun! hooray !
Fantastic selection of wines and spirits, and the staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable. I live in Newcastle and always try to visit latitude when I'm in the area. Bought some plantation OFTD and Pineapple, well priced and both spectacular rums.
This has to be my favourite shop in Leeds. Every single time I describe what I’m going to cook, they recommend the perfect wine- they never get it wrong! And it means that, instead of sticking to a few old favourites, we are drinking, and enjoying, a much greater variety of wines. These guys are awesome. Updating this review to add that the new location is so much better and the addition of a wine bar is a great innovation. We had a selection of vegan charcuterie which has to be tasted to be believed. They also offer cheeses and “real” charcuterie together with top quality bread, butter, crackers, pickles and olives: the perfect accompaniments to a glass or two of wine. The new members of staff fit seamlessly into the team of knowledgeable enthusiasts who keep the business running smoothly and who always go the extra mile to make a visit to Latitude the great pleasure that it is.

Excellent selection of wines and liquors, and the recommendations of wines for specific occasions are always spot on. Superb and friendly customer service. One never feels rushed - the staff takes all the time needed. As a customer of 5+ years, I could clearly sense that the staff runs the shop with passion. All this identifies Latitude as an outstanding wine and liquor merchant in Leeds. In addition, the Loyalty List that one can join entitles to a discount on wines that makes a purchase even sweeter.
One of my favourite shops in Leeds. The staff are incredibly knowledgable in their products yet personable. I have never had a bad experience or a bad purchase! The staff are always giving great recommendations, having proper conversations to determine what you'd like, and the wine tasting evenings are amazingly generous probably too much so my hangovers would say!. Thanks for everything over the years!
Sadly I've moved away from Leeds and haven't had chance to visit recently, but I've never had anything other than great wines and other types of booze from this place. I discovered this place as a recommendation from my pals from Planet of the Grapes in London and I'm glad they did. Not only do they have huge range of fantastic wines and drinks, they have all the knowledge you need to choose the right 1. But better still they often, or every time I've been in, have free samples. If you like a tipple and want the best in choice, quality and service, then you'd do well to give this place a visit.
