I came in on a Saturday morning and I found the guy who works here pretty rude to put it mildly. He seemed to expect you should know everything about how the machines worked already, resented having to explain anything, and was woefully unhelpful. I see a lot of people are saying the guy who works here is really friendly, so I'll assume I went on a bad day.

Super friendly and awesome guy that works here. I made a trip from United States I needed to wash up some clothes. The dude working here helped me get everything organized and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Always use them for repairs and they're very efficient and value for money.

There are many laundrettes around the Ealing area but only one is rockstar approved and this is that one. Super service on a quality price extremely friendly service they can't be scared with anything even when I dropped by my delicate and bespoke made stage clothing they give it all the tlc that was needed. You guys rock 5/5 stars \m/

You can tell the difference from the other launderette you've been before as soon as you walk in, the guy that works there welcomed me with a big smile and was very helpful showing me how everything worked. Clean place and good service!
