Used the machines as we are having the kitchen redone. Are they ever cleaned? All our clothes reek after using the washing machine and tumble dryers. Disgusting and overpriced.
Do not use. Dishonest liars. I went to collect my pair of trousers a week or two after dropping off and they couldn’t find it. They told me to come back, I came back. They told me to come back again took my name and number, but they never called. When I came back again they accused me of lying, said it was the first time they’ve seen me, and made up some rule about marking my ticket when I come in if an item has been lost that didn’t happen, so they accused me of making it all up. If he’d have held his hands up and said “we’ve lost it”, it would have been a different matter, but to turn it around on me and accuse me of lying is a whole other story. Never using them again. They have lost my business forever.
