years of weekly custom down the drain after they refused to cover a repair bill of £30 for tears in two of my jackets in identical places, at the same time.  They deny any responsibility. Good service otherwise.

Owner accused us of dropping trousers on street and continued to say that we had lost the item. We ended up reviewing the video CCTV. He finally found the trousers and was still accusing us of making a mistake. Cleaning good though

the day before my wedding my £100 shirt accidentally got stained.
they didn't guarantee me anything but when I collected it, was spotless and more beautiful than new.
absolutely thankful and amazed, quadruple A+
