Not quite sure why there are so many reviews about the staff being rude here - all I can imagine is these people saying this must’ve been rude in the first instance (you get what you give). The staff were all lovely and did a fast, reasonably priced and ‘sick’ (aka amazing) job engraving something for me today. I left with a grin on my face and I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Would definitely use Masters again.

Amazing service, good value for money, friendly and fast service! I have paid £9.95 per pair of boots to be re-heeled. Both pairs look like new!Thank you!

It's actually my favourite store to duplicate my key. I've been there several times and the staff are always been so nice and kind. The price are so fair and the service is so quickly.
