This is a great dental practice i would recommend this to anyone who needs to see a dentist the staff were brilliant
Everyone was lovely so welcoming, would highly recommend. At time when I have felt nervous they have always held my hand and reassured me that everything was going to be okay.
Had to use their advise in an emergency; the practice responded immediately despite the hectic Christmas period. I was provided with excellent service, friendly staff and immaculate cleanliness and COVID-19 organisation. A follow up treatment appointment was organised within two weeks. Amazing work done and my teeth were saved. Well done Bupa and highly recommend to anyone.
What a wonderful team! I had a very complicated problem as I hadn't been able to face going to a dentist after a bad experience at another practice. Everyone was so patient and kind, Gayle on reception was a blessing, she worked around my work schedule and made me feel so comfortable. Roxanna my dentist explained everything clearly and never made me feel uncomfortable about the state of my teeth. Thank you all so much for your patience and kindness, I can now smile again
Friendly professional staff who will put you at ease if you're nervous. Very happy with treatment received and service provided. All treatment was thoroughly explained and I was able to add my input to it. Don't hesitate to use this practice
Having recently moved to the area, I hadn't yet registered with a dental practice when I started with tooth pain. I called Bupa Dental Care, who were able to take me on as a new patient. The initial check up was very thorough and I was talked through the treatment options I needed. I have since had a filling with one dentist and a root canal with another, both of whom were great. They took their time to check I was OK and gave me all the information I needed about what was happening at each point and what to expect afterwards. On top of this, the reception team are really friendly and you can see all the steps that have been taken to make the practice Covid secure. I really recommend this dentist practice.
Took the kids yesterday for a check up. First time for the youngest and first time in memory for the oldest so it was a bit daunting for both. The staff were lovely with them and the whole experience in Covid times felt very safe
Very impressed with every visit, very professional Dentist who treated me and her assistants and treatment was pain free, I cannot thank everyone enough, well done Bupa Dental Care Workington.
